I can't get started from the part where I left off yesterday
Should have spent my time a little wiser
I sat alone
Guilty as sin
Waiting for words to come
From out of my head
Still making sense to anyone

I can't wait to understand the reason
I've yet to translate any meaning
Besides, it's not worth it to try
Get out
Get out

Locked myself up in a room without a window
Just to see
If it was any easier to breathe
(I was wrong)
Never underestimate the daylight
There, it's so much easier to breathe

I can't wait to understand the reason
I've yet to translate any meaning
Besides, it's not worth it to try
Get out
Get out
Get out
Get out

There's no meaning
Besides, it's not worth it to try
Get out
Get out
Get out
Get out

Get out
Yeah

Song Meaning:Green wrote the song about overcoming his cocaine addiction. When they were writing BSN He struggled with it and he agreed to go to rehab. The house they stayed in while writing it was somewhere in PA, on a creek, giving the inspiration for 'Frozen Creek' as well.

General Comment:I'll give you guys a clue.. They love using homophonic transformations in lyrics. That will answer a lot of your questions.

From the Appendage EP, which everyone should go and buy: "Underground/ On the ground"
Get Out: "I can't wait to understand the reason/ I can't wait to understand 'theism'/ I can't wait to understand 'there is him'"

    Have fun guys ;)

General Comment:Let's say hypothetically that Anthony Green cheated, or did something else that is not necessarily illegal, but immoral. I think this song describes how he would feel the next day, for instance, waking up with the person he cheated with.

General Comment:I don't think it's about writers block but about drug addiction. More specifically addiction to opiates. "I have yet to translate, any meaning besides it's not worth it to try. Get out". This clearly talks about how there is no reason or meaning to them. Not to try them and stop and get out if you're addicted. If you think drug addiction all the lyrics make sense and fit vw writers block where only part of them make sense. Circa are all known drug users btw

General Comment:I agree with the whole writer's block point of view.
But in AP magazine, Anthony said that the lyrics:

"Lock myself up in a room without a window
Just to see if it was any easier to breathe"

were about him being locked up in a hospital after not
eating for a couple days from being so stressed and
    whatnot.
Either way this song is one of my favorites on the album.
    (:

General Comment:Upon first hearing this song, and the first lyric --

"I can't get started from the part where I left off yesterday"
and the other one, "waiting for the words to come from out of my head"

The first thing that came to mind was writer's block

But after listening to it more and more,
I think it's more about being fed up with the person you love,
Or it could just be someone you've had a little crush on
And they're driving you up the walls
To the point where you can't take their sh** anymore

"I can't wait to understand the reason
I've yet to translate any meaning besides
It's not worth it to try
    Get out, get out!"

    Straight up

General Comment:I'm pretty sure, along with "I was lost" needing to be changed to "I was wrong"... It should be "Locked..." not "Lock"
