this may be completely wrong but... the windmill makes me think of Don Quixote and therefore idealism. The chorus seems to be an idealist perspective of the same society mentioned in the 'rap' part of the song. This 'rap' part seems to identify a more realistic, but more depressing view of this society. The song may be questioning the "ignorance is bliss" paradigm that is growing far too popular in today's world, especialy considering all the bad things that are still occuring. |

I'm not a christian, so correct me if i'm wrong about any of the specifics, but I'm confident that the following are generally correct: Coincidentally, the album cover (the three rabbits in a circle) is an important christian symbol. It represents the holy trinity in one way or another. I'm not positive on the specifics, but I definately know that the album cover is a christian symbol. "He left them all behind" reminds me of Jesus' "leaving behind" mankind when he was crucified "make beauty stay f i take my life" reminds me of Jesus' sacrifice in an effort to make "beauty" stay by taking his own life. |
