Acid House Kings – ...But I Was Wrong Lyrics | 14 years ago |
I'd be really thankful if someone knew what he says where i put the question marks. believe me, i listened to this song with high quality headphones, asked a bunch of friends about it and nobody could tell what he says. It's quite a mistery. Maybe he uses a swedish expression?! who knows. |
The Thermals – Here's Your Future Lyrics | 15 years ago |
It is easy to understand that this song is definitely inspired by The Great Flood, or if we go even more back into the history, it has a reference to Deucalion and Pyrrha, which was written by Ovidius. Wonderful song, it really has the energy. We need more songs like this, with good lyrics and energy. |
Los Campesinos! – 2007: The Year Punk Broke (My Heart) Lyrics | 15 years ago |
C90 is probably a reference to C86, since he is waiting for C90 in 2007, like for another mixtape of C86 but it's kinda too late for that, because we are not in 1990 and there will never be C90... huh, I might be EXTREMELY wrong though. i'm new to this twee-indie-pop scene, Sarah Records and stuff... ..and Spordan might really be right. |
Tullycraft – Pop Songs Your New Boyfriend's Too Stupid To Know About Lyrics | 16 years ago |
oh and "a sunny day" does refer to the band Another Sunny Day, because that's a pretty well known band from Sarah Records. |
Tullycraft – Pop Songs Your New Boyfriend's Too Stupid To Know About Lyrics | 16 years ago |
ahahaa. this is sooo cute xD [mhm, i had to say it] it's so snobby, elitist and indie ;) |
Tullycraft – Pedal Lyrics | 16 years ago |

The Radio Dept. – Against The Tide Lyrics | 16 years ago |
MeaningLezz, I agree with you about the meaning. Anyway, singer's voice is so soft and it just calms me down. But hey, all the Radio Dept.'s songs are like this. |
The Radio Dept. – I Wanted You To Feel The Same Lyrics | 16 years ago |
redlight greenlight, no they figured my thoughts ;) wonderful song, really. My favourite part is: 'But nothing gets you really It's a shame I can't believe you didn't feel a thing.' I just melt every time I hear it. |
Adorable – Sunshine Smile Lyrics | 16 years ago |
wonderful. that line: And then she said "If I'm going to be someone else I'd rather be somebody else with you" That's exactly how I felt to her How does it feel? It's exactly how I feel about someone right now. |
The Smashing Pumpkins – By Starlight Lyrics | 16 years ago |
this song is everything to me. everything. when i met my real love, he was listening to this song. and before we have met i've been listening to this all day long. there's no words that could the describe the way i feel while listening to this song. we are not together, though. it's too complicated and i think it's because he's not really in love with me, he loves someone else. i think that it's about almost loving someone, but not sure if the person is completely like you. but then you try to imagine how would it be if you would be with him/her. and you want everything perfect, because before you met him/her everything was empty, meaningless. he or she brings a smile on your face and so on... thank you so much Mr. Corgan this is the perfection. |
