When you take this song for a literal meaning (limes and coconuts) it just cracks me up. Of course it probably has nothing to do with limes and coconuts.
But also if you /do/ put a lime in a coconut, because of the citrus in the lime the coconut milk would curdle, which would make her bellyache worse if she drank it.
