One, two, one, two, three, four

Shed a tear 'cause I'm missin' you
I'm still alright to smile
Girl, I think about you every day now
Was a time when I wasn't sure
But you set my mind at ease
There is no doubt you're in my heart now

Said "Woman, take it slow and it'll work itself out fine"
All we need is just a little patience
Said "Sugar, make it slow and we'll come together fine"
All we need is just a little patience
(Patience) ooh, yeah

I sit here on the stairs 'cause I'd rather be alone
If I can't have you right now, I'll wait, dear
Sometimes I get so tense but I can't speed up the time
But you know, love, there's one more thing to consider

Said "Woman, take it slow and things will be just fine"
You and I'll just use a little patience
Said "Sugar, take the time 'cause the lights are shinin' bright"
You and I've got what it takes to make it
We won't fake it, oh, I'll never break it
'Cause I can't take it

(Little patience, yeah, yeah)
(Need a little patience, yeah)
(Just a little patience, yeah)
(Some more patience, yeah) I've been walking the streets at night
Just trying to get it right (a little patience, yeah)
It's hard to see with so many around
You know I don't like being stuck in the crowd (could use some patience, yeah)
And the streets don't change but maybe the names
I ain't got time for the game 'cause I need you (gotta have more patience, yeah)
Yea-yeah, but I need you (all need more patience)
Oh, I need you (all need some patience)
Oh, I need you (just a little patience)
Ooh this time (is all you need)

I think that it's about a guy who is in live with a girl. The girl also has feelings for the guy but she's still in another relationship. What the song is saying is that, because it was meant to be, they will eventually come together and all the issues will work themseles out.

Ok, the sons is about a guy waiting for a girl, probably because she is unattainable. I completely agree with that. In time it will all work out the way they want it to.

Sorry, Cory- I doubt Axl has any sexual problems.

Anyway, I think the song is about a man and a woman who are so in love- but confused at the same time. Axl's lyrics are telling the woman to just be patient and let things come in their own time. That everything will be fine.

Somtimes this kind of songs appear just in the right time in your life, I heard this song since I was 14 years old (11 years ago),

I fell in love with this girl in my town, but she just broke up with his boyfriend and right now she dont want to be in a relationship, when we see each other I know she looks at me in teh same way she looks at me, but all my friends (and her) tells me that I have chances with her, but I have to be patient.

    I love this song....

I think it's about two people who are in love but one is in a relationship and the other(Axel) is learning patience as to wait for this person because he reassures himself

"Just a little patience, Need a little patience, etc..."

Being patient is so incredibly trying when you are DYING to be with the one you love...... What a great song. I've always loved it. I love the whistling!

"You and I've got what it takes to make it."

Be patient and see what time brings.....................

The Night We Met
Lord Huron
This is a hauntingly beautiful song about introspection, specifically about looking back at a relationship that started bad and ended so poorly, that the narrator wants to go back to the very beginning and tell himself to not even travel down that road. I believe that the relationship started poorly because of the lines: "Take me back to the night we met:When the night was full of terrors: And your eyes were filled with tears: When you had not touched me yet" So, the first night was not a great start, but the narrator pursued the relationship and eventually both overcame the rough start to fall in love with each other: "I had all and then most of you" Like many relationships that turn sour, it was not a quick decline, but a gradual one where the narrator and their partner fall out of love and gradually grow apart "Some and now none of you" Losing someone who was once everything in your world, who you could confide in, tell your secrets to, share all the most intimate parts of your life, to being strangers with that person is probably one of the most painful experiences a person can go through. So Painful, the narrator wants to go back in time and tell himself to not even pursue the relationship. This was the perfect song for "13 Reasons Why"

I Can't Go To Sleep
Wu-Tang Clan
This song is written as the perspective of the boys in the street, as a whole, and what path they are going to choose as they get older and grow into men. (This is why the music video takes place in an orphanage.) The seen, and unseen collective suffering is imbedded in the boys’ mind, consciously or subconsciously, and is haunting them. Which path will the boys choose? Issac Hayes is the voice of reason, maybe God, the angel on his shoulder, or the voice of his forefathers from beyond the grave who can see the big picture and are pleading with the boys not to continue the violence and pattern of killing their brothers, but to rise above. The most beautiful song and has so many levels. Racism towards African Americans in America would not exist if everyone sat down and listened to this song and understood the history behind the words. The power, fear, pleading in RZA and Ghostface voices are genuine and powerful. Issac Hayes’ strong voice makes the perfect strong father figure, who is possibly from beyond the grave.

Blue
Ed Sheeran
“Blue” is a song about a love that is persisting in the discomfort of the person experiencing the emotion. Ed Sheeran reflects on love lost, and although he wishes his former partner find happiness, he cannot but admit his feelings are still very much there. He expresses the realization that he might never find another on this stringed instrumental by Aaron Dessner.
