Hey, Jude, don't make it bad,
Take a sad song and make it better.
Remember to let her into your heart,
Then you can start to make it better.

Hey, Jude, don't be afraid,
You were made to go out and get her.
The minute you let her under your skin,
Then you begin to make it better.

And anytime you feel the pain,
Hey, Jude, refrain,
Don't carry the world upon your shoulders.
For well you know that it's a fool
Who plays it cool
By making his world a little colder.

Da da da da da da da da da.
Hey, Jude, don't let me down,
You have found her, now go and get her.
Remember to let her into your heart,
Then you can start to make it better.

So let it out and let it in, hey Jude, begin,
You're waiting for someone to perform with.
And don't you know that it's just you, hey Jude you'll do,
The movement you need is on your shoulder.

Da da da da da da da da da.
Hey, Jude, don't make it bad,
Take a sad song and make it better.
Remember to let her under your skin,
Then you begin to make it better
Better, better, better, better ohhuh!
Hey Jude

Nah, ... na, na, nananana ... nananana, hey jude
Nah, ... na, na, nananana ... nananana, hey jude
Nah, ... na, na, nananana ... nananana, hey jude
Nah, ... na, na, nananana ... nananana, hey jude

I haven't read Jack Keruoacs "On the Road" yet but I intend to. I'm already convinced this song is about heroin and always will be. It sounds just like a pusher trying to convince someone to shoot the stuff for the first time. Naturally Sir Paul McCartney isn't going to come forward and say: " why yes...Hey Jude is about trying heroin for the first time".
If you turn your stereo all the way up at the very end of the song you'll hear Paul McCartney sing "take it Jude".
Take what? After listening to the previouis lyrics I'm convinced that he is talking about heroin. I know all songs by the Beatles aren't about drugs but it's no secret they all were heavily into them. And this may sound a bit strange to some of you but it is very possible that the lyrics were influenced by McCartney's drug use and he didn't even realize it.
