uhh...what the hell are you guys talking about the part where he abuses his mother? The version that I hear on the radio he is like "oww mommy why do you hit ME like that" or something similar to that....so it wouldn't make sense to say that he is doing that to his mother?

uh first of all this song kicks
second of all this thing about God creating "Lucifer" who was evil...from my opinion (they are all opinions...none of this can be proven) God created Lucifer...he was an angel...Lucifer had his own free will to do whatever he wanted and he used it tried to overpower God. So God cast him away from him and into hell. Some other people may think that God was jealous of Lucifer (Even Lucifer himself) because he was supposably the prettiest angel, but it was the fact that Lucifer defied God that he was cast into hell. He was already evil. Btw people need to be taken into accountability for what happens on this earth. Murder and attrocities and genocides and 9/11 happened due to the actions of PEOPLE. God gave humans free will and look what they did with it. People use God's name to carry out "crusades" and Holy Wars and murders and other atrocities, but they are the ones committing these acts and trying to say they are doing it in the name of God to justify THEIR actions.
So don't blame God for what people do. We are not puppets we can actually choose to believe in God, to love God, to even try to defy God, or not believe in him at all. So that is what I mean when I say free will. By the way God isn't against Christianity but some so called Christians are. At some Catholic churches they would invite a Rabbi to come by as a guest in the church, and the Preist would do the same thing. |

reading the lyric sheet just about does it for me...the song is so incredibly mushy it makes me sick...he's whining, the piano just doesn't do it....they're a zima and i need some everclear or wild turkey. I'd rather just turn on Glassjaw...its is too sweet and sappy for me....by the way before songmeanings changed it, you could look at the page and keep refreshing it and the counter will go up...now it says 2343 "unique views" or something like that to show that the number is of the different people who have viewed it, not the idiots on here who sit there and refresh it 100 times or just the people who happen to come back alot of times to post or view the lyrics. I myself don't agree w/ the missionary shit...I don't like the idea of pushing my ideals and beliefs on others, especially because they are unorthodoxed and I don't believed in everything Christianity or the Catholic Church preaches. If I were to do Missionary work I would give them food and clothing and an EDUCATION.
