My boyfriend got on his knees in a nightclub in front of all his mates and sung this to me :) it was our song.
When his granddad died, they played it at his funeral - it was his favourite song. Now we have a link with him, and it makes us smile whenever we hear it! |

This is a song that reminds me of long distance relationships. Hopefully for someone out there, they can work out. When I first heard this song I had met a guy on holiday living in the South of England, where I live in the North. It can break your heart to be apart for so long, but all it takes is the one you love to know that they're waiting for you. |

This song is to me about one of my best friend's, Ben and I. The first verse is about the times we spend "wasted and wounded" complaining to each other of our troubles. We both complain of our troubles, but when we are together, we have so much fun as if nothing else matters; "and the truth is baby you're all that I need". The verse about the bartender is Ben's verse. He was laughing about the new bartender in our local, and when she turned around and was 30 years older than we expected... we "laughed so hard" that we thought we'd died! This song is our song too. I love him so much! |
