why do people think every song has to be about a gril and a guy and love and heartbreak? people write songs about what they feel strongly about. it just bugs me that people can be so close minded to completly write off the fact that someone might be inspired to write a song about something other than a girl/guy relationship! I def. believe this is about abortion. People do have better, more pressing messages than just "oh my heart was broken by some girl.." Its good to see a band with some substance. |

my bf always says this is about me--i had an "episode" last year and found myself in a mental hospital reciving therapy for anorexia. The part at the end especially, "can you imagine no love, pride, deep fried chicken....." hits hard about all the things i was missing out on. I couldnt love myself or be proud of myself. i was always ashamed...just little metaphors in the song that i can relate to the disorder really helped me climb out. sorry this has sorta turned into my life story..just wanted to give my spin... |
