i would have to agree with MikeMT about the meaning behind the song. although, i just want you all to realize that kurt did say that he didn't like people analyzing his songs looking for some great deep meaning in them. he said their primary goal was to focus on music, lyrics came next. and half the time he just threw down a lot of random stuff that fit with the tune (an example would be On A Plain) |

um...first of all, an aneurysm is NOT heart surgery. aneurysms occur when part of a blood vessel wall is weakened and slowly starts expanding like a balloon. well after time the "balloon" pops and the person bleeds to death without even realizing what is going on. so, with all of that said, the song still doesn't make much sense; however, it's a really good song and i do agree that it is better live. |

this song is exactly what it seems to be, just a bunch of random phrases thrown together. i think this actually demonstrates just how good they were and how kurt could just throw down anything and still make it sound awesome. |
