I love this song. It is hilarious.
The hunter is a guy, the female deer is a woman. In basic terms the guy goes out searching for a girl to get laid. It takes him all night to find a girl, but he finally gets one. At the end, he pulls out and blows his load on her chest (blattschuss, but not a shot that kills her).
Its off an album that is mostly perverted songs. You gotta love these guy's humor. |

This song is fantastic! The piano is just so amazing that I feel almost bad laughing hysterically as she talks about the ghetto boys cat calling. That verse makes me laugh every time it comes on. There is just something very amusing about the way she questions there tactics, combines with the way she sings. |

This has got to be about desensitizing our populations with the use of video games. The song goes to and from video games and true war. Stuff like "a semiautomatic like dad's" = sons and daughters playing the video games to emulate dad, who is away at war.
Then it moves on as the child gets older, coming to probably the creepiest line in the song "making out to faces of death" = kids in the basement watching the video series "Faces of Death" and making out. I cant really imagine people making out to that series, which is a bunch of video clip compilations of real, actual deaths.
Finally the child is at war, seeing it as a video game, not understanding the severity of the situation. Driving in the hummer, time to switch the music, the IED (x marks the box) goes off, loses his hands, has some brain damage, comes home and can no longer even play video games.
If you look at her website, the videos and pictures she has under the song add to that interpretation. Kind of sounds like a protest song, saying instead of giving them games to distract them, bring them home before they're dead. |

Well, here goes my far fetched idea. To me, the song is fairly complicated. With gay rights, tv, and drinking, all rolled into one.
First, drinking comes out, SoCo, Extra Cold (many beer company's use this statement), XX (dos equis, a mexican beer), etc. Then tag that along with TV: Law and Order, Dukes of Hazard, and Bugsy Malone. Then she talks about online shopping and the mac store. Kind of what you do drinking alone at your own house.
However, gay rights is also right there in the mix. "Double exes" could be a play on words. Double Axes or Labrys is used as a lesbian symbol is some communities. "we watch you" meaning they're watching the discussion and voting going on. Painting the whiter fences meaning the stereotypical scenario, husband, wife, 2 kids, nice house with a white picket fence. I dont want to bore anyone but it goes on and on throughout the song.
All and all I think its layered as an example of whats occurring. There is a whole bunch of fluff on the top distracting everyone from the real issues. Just like TV shows, sports, booze, etc distract us from the news, and when the news is on, they will many times report ridiculous occurrences. |

If it wasn't for Fred Durst, I believe Limp Bizkit woul dbe a lot better. And all those artists that you just mentioned, most of them are solo artisits. Of course they're going to get most of the spotlight, cause thats what the dropped their other groups for! and Creed does not suck, their music is much better than anything Limp Bizkit can put out. They actually know how to play, unlike Limp Bizkit who play a couple of cords in one song and also sample their own music. |

Mudvayne really sucks, they are no where near heavy, slayer though, they have their good points, and chaimera, that shitty ass new band! give me a break. looks like someone else needs to pull their head out of their ass. when you get into death metal (which it looks like you might be) it all starts to be sounding the same. All that stuff is, is punk on a heavier side with yelling lyrics. It completley sucks. I tried to get into death metal but there is no musical aspect their (not saying Limp Bizkit is...), try to get some variety their. Why not try some Black Metal, or speed and power metal, there is some music

Jimi did do heavy drugs, which is part of the reason why he played so well. He was awesome, but he said that the purple haze song was written about the science fiction scene. He said he was a big fan of science fiction and decided to write a song along those lines. |

I do believe its about macho shit. But you guys can not tell me that you've woken up in the mornings and felt like kicking the first persons ass that looks at you the wrong way. I'll never defens limp bizkit, but I'll defend this song cause its worthy. its one of their only songs you can really listen to.
