The entire HRC crew is great. They're all nice and will talk to you at the shows. I talked to Casey before their set on Sunday at the Fort Worth show to request a song for my grrlfriend (it was hard getting her to not be able to hear us), and he said they were mostly playing songs off their new album so I requested this one (I knew they'd play it), since it's one of our favorite songs off their new album and when they got on, before they played this song, Casey goes "This ones for Leah, I'm sorry we can't play the other choices.", greatness, she loved it. The lead singer by the way is Andy, bassist is Jay, drummer is Mike, and other guitarist is Casey. I talked to them for a while each after the show. Fun times. |

I agree with tigerrlily. Like any song off of Clarity, this song sets the mood for something you've either felt or will be feeling at some point in your life. This mellow, yet sad song captures the human emotion. Great song, Great band. |

Bleed American is by far their worst album. Well, should I say their only worst album. But then again, I should say worst if compared to Static Prevails and Clarity. This album is good, but can never be compared to their two previous releases. The Middle is...ok. It's in the middle. Not bad, but not good. This isn't close any of JEW's previous songs (from their previous records), but it's doing justice to the band. They released a pop album and now they're getting the attention they...should deserve. Unfortunately, "sell out" is a phrase that I've heard many a time since Bleed American came out...but I love the band and their music. Even though I dont like this album, I love it. I love the band, I love their music. I don't like the sound of this album though. Contradicting myself? Probably. When you love a band, you'll love their music. That doesn't mean you'll like it all. ;) |

This song hasn't gotten as much praise as it deserves. This is an amazing song, from an amazing album, an from a really amazing band. The lenght of it may cause some people to turn it down at first, but if you give it a chance, you'll be swept away. I always sing along with the instrumentals...such a great song. This song is not long enough. This is definately one of JEW's best songs. |
