And although I truly hate DC and Jimmy Eat World, I would much rather hear them on the radio when my sister listens to it than some rap/pop bullshit. Ok I thought I would be nice to you since you are a 311 fan (I hope to god since your name is a 311 lyric) but do you have any clue about anything? CKY was before jackass, so jackass is techincally cky-like. The band only makes music for the vids (cept for Jess Jess the drummer for the idioths) and its only a marketing thing set up by Bam Margera. They write "some songs now and then".. uhm shithead all thier songs are great. Have you only heard "The Shopping Carts Song" (96QBB once again for the idioths)? Obviously. CKY has toured, they toured with Warped 99 and have toured all through 2000 and most of 2001 till they started recording thier new album. They have sick ass sponsors thats for sure, but how does sponsorship figure in with the meaning or goodness of the songs? Tell me please. Also, the only one on Jackass consistently was Jess cause its Bam's brother. Deron was on the show a couple times (heavy metal alarm clock), Chad was never on the show, and Vern came around after the show stopped (I THINK). So find some info before you start running your mouth. |
