i think this lyric..."Hey don't break the mold kid just eat around it, yeah that's what I did" says how 311 didnt really break into the mainstream with their style of music when they started, they slowly made the niche in peoples cd/tape collections by gaining there fan base by "not staying home". i think the song says go out and make a name for yourself, dont wait for it |
