Ok, here are my views. I love asian string players just as much as the next guy, but I think the whole cello line is a stereotype, or perhaps it shows that the girl is the "good girl", and he's the "bad boy", and he likes her, and the song shows that if these two elements are mixed, that they will succeed off of one another. |
