The part about the ribs in the monument seems to me like they're giving back the ribs. They don't need them and they don't owe us (men) anything, contrary to what the media, pornographers, misogynist and most anyone who lives by what their cock dictates.
"You lay on the bed as you fed those expectations" is a line that cuts me in half cleanly. I've witnessed first hand what the male homosapien is capable of. I know people on both spectrums of that line and it makes me phyically ill to contemplate. I love this band because they make me proud to tell people I am a feminist and I also have a penis.
The plaque is fucking beautiful. I'd buy one. |

I've been oldschool GC since before the s/t came out. It pisses me off to see some of my fellow oldschoolers hate on the new kids. If we all love GC then what's the problem? It's all from the heart and everytime I hear the line, "these critics and these trust fund kids try to tell me what punk is but when I see them on the streets they've got nothing to say," I still get all goosebumpily. Punks don't hate. Jocks hate. Sometimes jocks get confused with punks.... don't let that happen to you. |

Clothes don't matter either. Wearing leather and studs with dyed hair doesn't make you punk. Wearing American Eagle and Abercrombie doesn't make you a prep.
Your attitude is what makes you who you are. You're outward appearance just helps shallow people label you.
