This song features Mos Def doing the vocals, it was on the Blade II soundtrack (Lot's of good stuff on there). It seems to me about someone who is about to showdown with someone very much like him, like a brother...or even himself. |

Another great Evan.(I don't want to have to keep typing it out) song. I think there is an especially great guitar piece in the chorus.
Really...I can't get a very good idea of meaning from this song. I get the impression that someone is being lied to, and it's taking a toll on them, though. |

I used Google to find these lyrics, then I looked around the site and found http://www.songmeanings.net/addsong.php which is the lyric adding thing. These guys really need to set up better ways to get around; there isn't an easy way to get to most of this stuff. |

I only recently heard this song after a friend sent it to me. It's one of the best songs I've heard in a while; I plan to find many other songs by this artist.
This song is about someone feeling empty inside until a mysertious, sharming individual (ex in Daredevil) takes her by surprise, and desires to feel "alive" again. At least, that's what I get from it. |

I think this song is sort of about whenever someone does the smallest act opposing a 'law' of a religion, the religious leaders suddenly go into an uproar about it, when all that really matters is faith itself.
All that aside, I really like the guitar and vocals in this song. They give me goosebumps. ;x |
