It is based off the movie "Hannah Takes the Stairs". Listen to their interview/performance on NPR's "The World Cafe" where they talk about it. Good stuff. |

Beautiful song. The memories of senior year are just flooding back. His voice is great and captures the turmoil all too well. "I wanna feel you breathe me" hits me deep. |

Something Corporate – Drunk Girl Lyrics

Yeah, don't kiss her when she's drunk if you actually want it to go somewhere. But sometimes, being used or using just happens. Don't judge yourself or others too harshly. |

Elton John – My Father's Gun Lyrics

This song is going to get a lot of play thanks to Cameron Crowe and his new movie "Elizabethtown." Don't know if it'll hit "Tiny Dancer" status, but still a great song in its own right, and seems to fit the film's sentiment perfectly. |

Bob Dylan – It Ain't Me Babe Lyrics

It's so cool how we all hear songs and bring our own experiences to the table. For me, I think of a guy telling the girl that she's looking at the wrong person to die for her and save her. She needs to turn to the true Rock- my man Jesus Christ- because I'm not who she's looking for. Anyway, just how I like to hear it, though I'm sure that is probably not what Bob had in mind when he stuck it on "Another Side." |

Bob Dylan – With God on Our Side Lyrics

I think God prefers people not to invoke His name in accomplishing what is antithetical to life. Man oh man, I love the Jesus/Judas Iscariot verse. Buy Bootleg Vol. 6 (it's a live 1964 show in NYC). You get to hear Bob and Joan Baez sing an awesome rendition of this song. |

Bob Dylan – Like a Rolling Stone Lyrics

If you pick up Bootleg Vol. 4, you'll get to hear Bob and the Band play an awesome version of Like a Rolling Stone prompted by a person in the audience screaming "Judas!" because of Bob's switch from acoustic folk singer, to elecktric hard rock folk singer. |
