I do think that hurt is like an epilogue. I used to think that hurt was qwhen he actually killed himself because of the loud climax at the end, but now, I'm not so sure. It definately makes sense that this is when he actually kills himself, the screaming in the background is like his screraming voice inside his head, he knows what he has to do, and he does it, and the screaming stops. |

I think that the pigs mean any authority figure, and watchign "it" come down relates to society, and "take the skin and peel it back" is refferign to the sugar cotaed ness of how the system looks to the public (read between the lines). "Doesn't it make you feel better, the pigs have one tonight, they can all sleep soundly, and everythign is alrigfht" that means the the upper class society motherfuckers think eveyrhting is alright cause the systemn they created is working for their standards, adn a long as only the poeple they don't care aobut are suffering, they can sleep freely. |

I personally connect with this song more than any of their other songs. I think that everyoen in the world feels like this at least once. I can probably think of aobut ten people i can relate to this song, i hate all those people, this song's aobut being burned by one of your friends or loved ones, like being betrayed. It fuckign kicks ass. |
