This song told me something I never wanted to admit. I cared, but back then I didn't know how to show it like he did. I cared more about being loved than to love. The line "If I've been hard on you I never chose to be" brings gentleness to it's highest. So beautiful. Kinda sad there is no live version of it. It would be interesting to see Mark's body language while he performs it. |
