Isn't a beautiful thing how one song can mean different things to different people? I believe that is what makes music healing and powerful. I can testify that music was a lot of the reason I didn't kill myself when I was a kid. It's not even about genre for me. Whether it's a hard hitting, eardrum splittin, head bangin heavy metal song or a tender love ballad or a sweet soft southern gospel hymn. If it touches my heart and soul it's also healed me. |
