Maybe this is just a personal Freudian thing and not the intended meaning, but it super sounds like the subject fibakly foind the strength to stand up to and leave their abuser. They've been kept down, walking on eggshells to placate their abuser and now they've found the power within themselves to rise up, roar and resist, and to reclaim themselves.
Just a thought. Definitely how it resonates for me. |
