Gorillaz – All Alone Lyrics 5 years ago
I'm not entirely sure. The first time I heard this song (and this is just recently), I thought it was an abstract song. I know, I know, but don't get triggered. I admit, I wasn't listening to the lyrics the right way, and they were going way fast, so it was kind of hard to follow along. But then again, not many of the songs by Gorillaz make much sense. I just like this song for what it is, even though the chipmunk voice singing "All Alone" pretty much makes me feel uncomfortable. (ALVIN!!! Wait, it sounds more like Brittany)

@[bittersweetme:30603] I really agree with you. If you think about it, this could also mean that technology is taking over. Back in the day, people used to only use pen and paper to make drawings. Nowadays, they use an application to do so.
If things keep going on like this, soon the kitchens will be the chefs, and there will be no barbers because there will be machines to do their job. People may or may not become less attached to the real world, but what worries me most is the fact that we are becoming more and more alienated and less aware of real life.
There is Photoshop everywhere, and with people using filters, people are starting to look less and less like people.

Grace VanderWaal – Clay Lyrics 5 years ago
I feel like this song is about how not let people change who you and how to not put up with anyone's sh**.
The first verse tells us how people tend to only know who is popular, and nobody tends to remember strangers. It can be especially hurtful if it is a small environment, like a classroom, or if you see them on a regular basis. You can forget what strangers look like because you don't see them all the time.
