I listened to the song on the way into work, this morning, and had to gather myself, after that "...moon rose over an open field.." line, before leaving the car. I can never tell if it's the beautiful imagery or something hidden, deeper, in the meaning of the lyrics that does it. Whatever it is, it never fails to bring the tears to my eyes. | |
