It's so easy to blame ourselves when things like this happen. "Why couldn't have I been there? Maybe if I knew what was going on I could have stopped him. If only I would have known... Why didn't I know?" These are questions that will come when we lose anyone in this way. Know that you are not to blame. I don't know the details of your brother's death, but I don't think it's fair to blame yourself- even though it's pretty much human nature.
