Bob Dylan – Tombstone Blues Lyrics 8 years ago
@[MagiDrakee:8943] Take a couple steps back and look try to look at the whole picture. I think the "sun" reference is the commander-in-chief's bloated, egotistical delusions of grandeur and purpose. Like the rest of the song I find it a scathing critique of the upper crust "educated" class and their elitist, disdainful attitude toward the general public particularly the underprivileged. Donald trump for president!

@[shadowpeoplearereal:8941] I think this song is overflowing with very powerful meaning that resonates more today than ever. I urge you guys to take a deeper look. Even though it has surrealist methods that don't just spoonfeed you all the information, you're doing yourself a serious injustice by just blindly characterizing and reducing it to drugs. Bob was born a very deep thinker and philosopher and ALL of his early work can be deeply life enriching. Just the fact that you're here though means you're not just an another mold minded robot so peace to you friends :)

@[cowboymike:8940] I say this out of sincere kindness. I find this vile, scathing commentary on the absolute ridiculousness of the heartless, self serving, elitist "educated" ruling class and their institutions. If this is at all interesting to you I highly suggest taking a deeper look at all of this early works. It can be profoundly life enriching. Cheers!

@[sdz896542:8939] Is this a quote or your own? Either way it struck a deep chord and I thank you. It gives me the urge to buy a can of spray paint and walk to the overpass tonight after dark. Cheers to you sdz896542
