Really good song. Definitely one of the best on Use Your Illusion 2. I think it's about the difficulty within the band and Adler being fired. This is the only song on use your illusion 2 with him on it. "What we go here is failure to communicate, some men you just can't reach" I think this part is about how Adlers drug addictions were affecting the music. And how they tried to get him to stop for the good of the band. "What's so civil about war anyway" This bit is about how we claim to be civilised beings yet we're the ones the ones that are doing the most damage to ourselves and the planet, whether it be drug addictions or pollution etcetera. But that's just me |
