Anthony Green – Dear Child (I've Been Dying To Reach You) Lyrics 7 years ago
Anthony interviewed about the lyrics, yes. Still my interpretation about this is a guy who can't reach the girl over the phone and in real life. He probably thinks he's not the guy for this famous, wealthy, and everyone is talking about, girl of his dreams. A coward.

I think so to it's a song of regret but not suicide.

"my mind in disarray" Says that the protagonist is confused at those times. "i could have run away to be with you" and "i should have run away to be with you" suggests that he had a chance and didn't do it.

once we got lost in the woods with your hand interlaced between mine
and i stared straight at the sun and imagined the beams realigned

These lines are creating imagery on my mind, as I interpret Interlaced on the lyrics as getting blurry or fading away. It's her being gone. Then he realize things changed and there won't be another chance. "i stared straight at the sun and imagined the beams realigned"

About not having another chance too. Having in mind that the protagonist portrayed the story in the woods, I don't think six stories above is about a building or something like that. Perhaps it's about how hard to reach she is now. And so he accepted the fact that all he can do now is think about her as this line says.

i used to be in love
and that's enough to make me high on you

I'm positive there's more about the story behind this. Awesome song, one of my favorites ^_^

Night Ranger – Sister Christian Lyrics 9 years ago
"Motorin" for me is driving alone almost everywhere, not knowing where to go. Which is why the singer then ask "What you're lookin' for?"

I think so too, "What's your price for flight" means what can convince her to get off her bike (which she is driving alone and it's her decision where to go), and aboard to the flight that life has to offer.

Clearly the singer is just concerned of her, time is running and she's not getting any younger "Before your time is due"
