As a brazilian, I totally understand what Veronica said. I think the title is just a very gentle way of letting someone go, but at the same time, understanding the greatness and the importance of the one your are separating from your life. Like you are being mad at someone, but in a more gentle way! And the whole 12 years thing, that is far away from being a problem! :D |

| For me, this song is about child or teenager discoveries, a boy realizes that he is growing up and that in little time he will reach his own independency. The sounds of the big city and the possibility of sharing life with a future and perhaps unknown love are the fuel that sparks his imagination on how his life is going to turn out like: when will he be on his own, what will he leave behind and what will he face on this new phase.
