To me it's more about how something made her unable to love though she really wants to. And it seems like it's been quite a long time ago - "She says I don't remember love". No wonder she's alone even with people around, this old something had enough time to build a wall around her and wanting to break it just... doesn't break it. |

Isn't it simply about LD, Lucid Dream? Because WILD clearly means Wake Initiated Lucid Dream. Maybe it's just about how he tried this technique that some geeks told him about and it worked, so "the geeks were right", heh... And the rest is just a description of his dream.
But now looking through old comments I see that whenisawthefuture had the same idea. I think this is exactly what the song is about. |

To me it's quite self explanatory... It is about someone who just got used to watching someone from a distance, imagining them, and feels unable to change the thoughts into reality, to actually meet them when there is a chance. Imagination is just safer and more comfortable. "I've grown used to that"... And the person could be autistic, sure, but doesn't really have to. Maybe it's all driven by fear. Anyone can be this fearful. |

Every punishment and award. And "with our hands over our ears", we still prefer to believe something/someone else is responsible. |
