I thought it was "murder of a soldier", not "mother." The women want change, but they need a clear path to get to it--a road to follow, or someone to free, or a yellow brick road. There are some Wizard of Oz allusions in this (besides just the yellow brick road). They all have good intentions but lack one thing, like a heart or good legs or a Japanese car. |

I think he's talking about leaving something in the world for once you're dead and no one remembers you. We are born to this world Out alone from the beyond When it's time to return I wont be looking in the mirror When he leaves the world he won't be there to see himself or look in the mirror. Future primitive means we're living in the future, we have all this technology, but most people's lives aren't any more meaningful than they were thousands of years ago. |
