"I threw my phone across the room at you" isn't necessarily literal. More likely they've had an argument over the phone and she's got mad and then thrown her phone across the room. Not "at him" literally. But "at him" in the sense that it's in response to him. Or they may have had an argument texting. Either way, I think this lyric is to be taken as her getting mad, mad, mad and throwing her phone across the room, but not physically at him. |
