| this is my favourite cure song off the wish album. i've sang along to this song a hundred times and never once came to this conclusion, or perhaps i did and was in denial. i completely agree with everything you've said here. that last line, "and although he begs 'please stay, not just for today'...they both know what they're seeking is 'forever gone' " ah, that just kills me... i think i love this song even more now. thank you! | |
