@[Newbia:38465] Yes, but Sara has been quoted as saying that she wrote this before she got any pressure from Epic — it was about her fear that if she got a recording contract there would be pressure to put out whatever they thought would sell, when she writes her songs from the heart (“I do it for love”). Of course, Love Song was written in reaction to the pressure she got from the record company to work with other song writers, including one she calls Dick Douche in her book. |
