| I strongly believe this song is about someone loosing who they really are. People pushing them to be someone they aren't, and forget who they originally were in the proses. They just used 'Hollywood' as a way to say that's where THEY lost themselves. The most evidence is in the bridge. "This is my front page, this is my new rage, all you maggot smoking fags on santa monica boulevard" this is kind of their way of saying 'I lost who I am, but i'm coming back. this is MY time. This is MY new rage". The part where it goes "phony people come to pray" and so on, i believe it's people who lost themselves too, but lie about changing. They dont really care. They just want the eyes on them. This is my personal perspective here. | |
