The prayer in this song has always sort of had a haunting resonance with me throughout the years, and I felt it sort of pulled the song together - especially with the re-recording of "Still Waiting for the Punchline" right after it. So, in coming here to get a clearer picture of what the prayer says, I find myself rather disappointed that whoever transcribed it doesn't seem to know how to use words. |
