Atlas Genius – Trojans Lyrics 11 years ago
The meaning of this song is pretty simple. It is about a high school girl, who just recently found out she was pregnant from a broken Trojan condom. The chorus is just the girl thinking about that broken condom and talking to the boy who used it on her (Your Trojan's in my head.) When she says "change the locks, change the scene, change it all but can't change what we've been," it is saying before the boy leaves forever, you can move houses and change your life but you'll still be stuck with the guilt you had before (the lump that sits inside your throat). Finally when she says "take off all the thoughts of what we've been" She is actually telling herself that she needs to forget about all her plans for college and the rest of her life, all that she had worked so hard on in high school, and accept the fact that this is her life and there is no way to change it.

Cage the Elephant – Ain't No Rest For The Wicked Lyrics 11 years ago
Untrue, Cage the Elephant got its name from a crazy man running down the street who hugged Matt Shultz and mumbled about caging the elephant, which gave them the idea of Cage the Elephant ... You think too much
