I agree... But I think she' also talking about all the stuff they did that was "wrong" (I had to put quotation marks because I don't think anything of that stuff is wrong), like drinking, smoking, having sex with different boys and men, breaking the law... Just lack of love for themselves.
I still think all about Lana Del Rey is highly sexist, but I don't think she actually knows, because she was fucking raised in it. She's just a a troubled girl that seeks love in older men for some reason. And know that she grew up, she has to live with it. So she made songs about. And everyone likes them because everyone wants to be the bad girl.
I think being the good girl is easier and more satisfying.

I think Mean Girls is way too soft for this. We're talking alcoholism, promiscuity, no self-esteem at all, a complete disregard for rules that actually threatens your life. Mean Girls was about girls' attitude towards themselves and each other in high school. Yes, it did touch a couple of touchy subjects, but please... Those girl were TOO good to do with this song.
