a, it's a shallow interpretation to think take the metaphors in this song and translate them as if they were a direct explanation. b, if the explanation of "sexual addiction" you attach to was is correct, jonathan davis, and the commenters who say they relate to him, are lazy and weak. if you're a "sex addict" (scientifically proven to not be a thing. there's no withdrawal that could kill you, as is the case with real addictions. it was invented by psychology majors who couldn't actually use their skills to make a living in the real world) don't marry someone until you've learned to control the impulses that make you claim you're a sec addict. or.... and this is a stretch for those types of people... just don't do it. it's not an addiction issue, it's a self control issue. I realize that those people are weak and full of fear over the concept of being uncomfortable for any amount of time, but you need to face the fact that it's not a condition or disease. it's you being weak because any level of discomfort is too much for you to handle. your parents made the parenting mistakes that resulted in you believing in a delusion, but the responsibility to correct it is all on you. how can you, as a sentient entity, make such idiotic claims with not hesitation?? people shouldn't be able to post opinions on the internet until they've proven they are logical thinkers and can offer a real contribution to the conversation. but they don't. that's why they shoot off at the mouth, claiming (and actually believing) that they have the level intelligence to interpret a song correctly every time. smh, you fucking lemming slaves. |
