"Heavy mitted love" One of the best lines in the song. You use a mitt to touch or hold something without getting burned. At first I thought maybe this was about a love that had grown safe. But then I wondered, perhaps real love is so precious that we need to handle it carefully in order to make it last. I suppose reality, as always, is somewhere in between. |
