| For me, this song doesn't have to necessarily be about loving someone with drug issues. it's loving someone with any type of internal pain, mental illness, or addiction. When I see this song, i think about someone who has had trauma in their life and now suffers with memories. "Freedom can make us feel contained" Sometimes when you experience so much pain, even when it's gone it still cages you and makes you remember, flashback. The speaker in this song is telling their lover that they will be there every single day no matter what they choose, and that they'll work through things together. It's one of the most romantic songs I've heard. | |
