this song explains a relationship i went through for a little over a year, and believe it or not, it took me a lot less time to realize i loved her. all i wanted was her. more than anything, more than my friends, family, myself. spent countless hours with her, thousands of dollars, went out of my way to make her happy, and never cared about anything but her well being. i was in love. or so i thought. she abused what i was giving her. said "i love you too" when she didn't even know what that meant. she cheated on me multiple times and only admitted it once. in the back of my head i knew all of these things but didn't want to believe it. it was empty in the valley of her heart. I've moved on tho, and I'm not wasting time with people like her anymore. I'm living my life as its meant to be. |
