But... I also felt like this song is about people that accuse others of being something. Like a liar or a killer then he says "I am you" because all of these characteristics live inside of all of us.
Those that accuse you of things are those things, most of the time. When you look at a childs photo that a mother took of her son, in the bath tub, is it a cute family pic or child porn? Whatever your answer is, it is inside of you already. |

Bad parents. Thinking that they can make there children be something that they arent. Such as..Religion, Future careers and possibly making there children be them in general. Parents no realizing what they are doing to there childs mind.

I feel like since this is a pretty old song and it also says "a teenage quarell" which was..his past and obviously best girlfriend Missy. In his book, "Long Hard Road Out of Hell" there was a point in Manson's life when his music career started getting really serious. going on tour, being away from home. etc.
He was telling Missy that he still cares about her and he wishes they wouldnt have had to part but its something he had to do, and hes hoping they could be together again, someday.

I had no idea that ".44 calibur" or "Son of Sam" bit had anything to do with David Berkowitz. I thought this song was talking about a young boy going threw tough times in life that had became an eager Satanist "dogs (or gods) and demons gave him will" wanted revenge on the world that frowned upon him as he stared at them with wanting of something from them but not recieving it....which shaped into hate and payback for whatever reasons. This song also reminded me of school shooting..such as columbine. |

Yes, its quite obvious that shes bored, but the people around her think that she has some sort of mental condition or any other number of things that they want to believe. This is how kids that do things diffrently from others end up getting diagnosed with disorders, etc. Boredom. Theres alot of ways that you can look at this song, cutting, loneliness, people judging you because your are alone and assume things about you....it could be pretty much anything.
