Flyleaf – Fully Alive [Alternate Version] Lyrics | 13 years ago |
Child. After all she is a women. And I'm sure her personal love life is not for your matters. Although... I doubt she does. You need to grow up and learn how to show your dislike for something in a much more maturer way. |

John 15:13 (I think) has something very simular. =3 |

I fully agree with you. The finding of faith and being baptised. When I get baptised I'll get submerged to reinact death, to be raised, reborn to live like Jeshua (Yeshua vocally said in one of Flyleaf's other songs). =3 Brilliant interpratation. (Sp?) |

I do think that this song can be translates to the meaning of her elightenedness, and also her engagement. personally I believe it's more faith as she sings Yeshua (which is a spelling mistake to the word Jeshua (it's said Yeshua)) its the true name of Jesus. Joshua is the hebrew form of the greek word Jesus, translations lead to it being Jeshua. =] Only know that as it's my name >.<. |

Repent your for your sins Or There's light at the end of the tunnel. =] |
Flyleaf – Tiny Heart Lyrics | 13 years ago |
"You will never know what you have done for me" Might be refernce to her gratitude to God for saving her from herself, suicide and drug misuse? Just a theory? ^_^ This song's cute >.< |
Flyleaf – Stay (Faraway, So Close) Lyrics | 13 years ago |
Agreed! =] Quite frankly you hit the nail on the head. (Is it wrong to say that?) O o This song is about a women who suffers from DV (Domestic Violence). Lacey's vocals, for some reason, are much better than that of Bono's with this song? (Maybe the emotional connection with both Lacey and this women being female?) Still, this song is very beautiful... and shines a light onto a very upsetting, heart wrenching topic. Peace! =] |
Flyleaf – Supernatural Lyrics | 13 years ago |
I don't know how to describe it exactly... The story is of two people (or more) one being a mother who sesms to be suffering from a brain tumor of some sort, she prays to God for one more day, and thanks him for it. To see her son. But when she finally passes, her son could easily loose his faith in God for letting his mother die, but he doesn't and prays to say "thank you for ending her pain". Faithfulnes, reasons, and plans. =] I love this song =D It's so beautiful. |

The thing I like about Flyleaf's songs/lyrics apart from the obvious EPICNESS! Is that each song has a different meaning to everyone to me this song is about Jesus, and maybe how Lacey felt/feels from when she was younger . The stanza "And here I am alive, and I don't have the right, but he gave me the right costing him his life" Seems to me that it talks about how Jesus died for our sins. I'm getting that tattoo'd (My first one) hopefully very soon as it means a hell of a lot to me. "I believe (...)" indicates to me, the day her Grandmother took her to church, the day before she was going tp end it all, and the vicor (or someone simular) told a story which seemed so much like her life. "Although you've never had a father He can be a father much better than anyother" (not quoted word-for-word) Thus resulting in Laceys faith in God. I don't mean to get all "preachy" but wether or not you believe in God, during the times you feel like you have no hope left try praying. I did, i asked him to help me, and the next day i bumped into these wonderful LDS missionaries who just talked to me and asked if I would like to learn more about them... Honestly, I believe God has saved me many times... =] OK Blabbering over ^_^. Just enjoy the music! =D |
