This song is amazing. His flows have progressed immensely but I'm afraid of his health. I feel there's several references to taking his own life.
The reverb after "sp exciting" sounds A LOT like "suicide"
and the Dwele cameo...the lyrics are very clear.
He's made a masterpiece of an album and he know's it. Damn...I dont want him to leave...not yet. |

This is one of my favorites next to Solitude and Lucidity. The meaning's pretty clear. He wants the girl to stop playing games. The song is beautiful.
It seems like almost all of Tame Impala's songs have a sort of groove feel to them. I love it. |

I saw the same connection!
I do have a difference in views. I don't really see opposite perspectives, but as one being much more rebellious and a little louder than the other.
It's like where one has all these ideas and wants to break out of the box but wants to do it quietly and the other doesn't care. He/she will do whatever they want no matter who they bother.
I love both Sprawl I and II. Amazing songs. |

One of the most beautiful songs I've heard.
The strings are kind of eerie. I fuckin love it. Then they subtlely incorporate horns. Like wtf!
Seems like its about a relationship where the ones involved feel like the world doesn't want them to be together(kinda like a me against the world mentality)...just my opinion.
I'd say the best off of Veckatimest. |
