I kind of think it is about getting high. I know no one else has mentioned this so people may be shocked that I don't agree with their romantic ideas for the song, but hear me out. The way that she is describing the world around falling into dust. And being under someone's fate. I think she is talking about someone who maybe influenced her to start using. She was falling into dust, her hands were shaking from the drugs, and she was losing control over her own life. Falling under some strangers fate. I could be totally wrong but it's an opinion.

Actually the girl that it is about is named Krystal. But rather than use her name he picks Constantine and spells it with a "K" just like the unusual way of spelling Krystal with a "K" Also goes along with the with the line "...I can spell confusion with a "K" ..."

Oh and as for the rolling over for a storm part. I think that is the woman seeing that this man just comes to cheat on his significant other whenever things get rocky between the two of them. I think the woman singing sees this man for exactly what he is, just doesn't care enough about him to stop it.

I actually think that this song is being sung through the eyes of a woman who is sleeping with a man in a relationship. She is saying that what they are doing is evil, "The devil makes us sin, but we like it when we're spinning in his grin." I think the girl with fire in her eyes is the man's girlfriend or wife. She says "she will love you like a fly will never love you again" meaning that when she finds out about the affair she will hate him.
