System of a Down – Aerials Lyrics | 11 years ago |
the childs eye 'and we are the ones that want to choose, always want to play, but you never want to lose.' life is not a winning or loosing game, but a play.. the greed of others people, whom are all part of life, karma, past karma and whom have the materialistic view of the world.. all part of This. |
System of a Down – Lost In Hollywood Lyrics | 13 years ago |
"All you bitches put your hands in the air and wave them like you just don't care." - it tells about the phony people in Hollywood, like they in case of Iraq war when alot of Hollywood was occupied by "anti-war movement" and anti-Bush propaganda, but you could tell they were just raising their hands to get recognition or whatever the reason.. One year later, there was no sign of any raising hand... |

The Black Keys – These Days Lyrics | 13 years ago |
like all the other songs, you are all getting it terribly wrong. This song is not about woman of any sort, but remembreing the past and how beautifull it once was. "The little house on Ellis drive Is where I felt most alive The oak tree covered that old Ford I miss it, Lord I miss it, Lord" "Violent colors so obscene Is all I see these days These days " |
Nine Inch Nails – Closer Lyrics | 13 years ago |
This song is like spittle has already suggested is a wicked parody on POP music(and maybe a pop culture in general). The electro stylish 80's beat is used for a reason here(cannot be used better), and the words 'I wanna fuck you..'(with chunk of meat hanging from a wall) and in the backgrounds you can hear very somehow shallow voice like its spoken from someone tortured soul 'HEEELP ME!'-this is actually I think the soul trying to scream for someone to help. The stranded monkey is basically who I think represented a listener here. In the end when you put all together you basically get one wicked parody of a pop music. |
