Yeah i agree, I think that's why a lot of people misinterpret the lyrics. They do that a lot. They did the same thing in "Should I stay or should I go." The spanish part always confuses people into thinking the wrong lyrics. I think it's pretty cool though, it shows their interpretation of the language into the song, instead of them trying really hard to pronounce the words correctly and trying to make sense out of them. "yo te quiero infinito" is my favorite part of the song :) |

Yeah that's what I got too. Halah is arabic for light so I just understood it as she's still in kind of denial about a passing. <3 this song |

I think the relationship part of the song is very easy for anyone to guess but what really gets me is
"i guess that you believe you are a woman
and i am someone else's man"
I don't understand this part. I love Mazzy Star, so many great songs! |

I agree with Iamthekillerx. To me this song means that he feels alone or like people don't believe in him or that's how he has always felt, that people just see through him. Favorite song ever! definitely connect to it <3 |

To me this song is about people not being able to see you or misunderstanding you. It got to me the first time I ever listened to it :p but for reals deep stuff :) |
