| Ah, how our brains LOVE to analyze and label and categorize. It's our futile attempt to make sense out of reality. When the truth is that is impossible. The only 'meaning' of this song anyone could offer is an explanation of how this song makes you feel personally. When I hear "the voice without a face" - that to me is the voice in your head. (Not in crazy way - c'mon.. everyone's got the voice..) "Don't fight it", "Let the silence make itself at home" .. This says to me - Allow inner peace to happen. Analysis, labeling, (fighting).. there goes the voice again. Inner turmoil. And we don't know what it is. So smile! :) | |
