This song reminds me of "Into the Wild" and that boy, Chris McCandless, who was going to find unbridled freedom or die trying. In actuality, he just couldn't conform to society's expectations. We all have that desire/thought to some extent. |

Love the song, love the video. I see it as meaning that we're just "tamer animals." We follow these routines thare aren't much different than does a Pride of lions in the safari. Oh a deer gets killed in the headlights? Well, we do too. That was one connection I made between the video and the lyrics. Great great song. |
